Sound Bath Ashford

Start your month with calm and clarity at our Ashford Sound Bath, held on the first Tuesday of each month at the Friends Meeting House. This tranquil setting offers the perfect space for unwinding after a busy day. You’ll be guided through a group sound experience using gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and more - designed to calm the nervous system, support emotional release, and invite deep rest. These sessions are accessible to all - no experience is necessary. Bring a mat, a blanket, and an open heart, and let the healing sounds carry you inward If any of the following apply to you, please contact me before booking:
