Cacao & Sound Bath (90 minutes)

This 90-minute session weaves together nourishing cacao with a deeply restorative sound bath, offering a gentle, heart-opening evening of rest and connection.

We’ll begin by sharing cacao together, allowing time for its effects to settle before moving into a long, immersive sound journey with gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes.

Cacao is an integral part of this session and is included in the experience. If cacao isn’t right for you, you’re very welcome to join one of the other Sound Bath sessions instead.
