Held under canvas in our sacred summer tent, this extended 90-minute sound bath offers the time and space to truly drop in. Surrounded by nature in the village of Hastingleigh, you'll be immersed in layers of healing sound from gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more.
The longer format allows for deeper energetic shifts, emotional release, and profound rest. These monthly Monday evening sessions invite you to pause, reset, and realign - an ideal way to support your wellbeing and return to your natural rhythm. Simply come as you are.
